Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College is seeking and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join the team. This position will support several high-functioning units (Enrollment Management, Student Support and Engagement) This position supports the success of the teams in each unit by providing operational and administrative support with basic record updates, meeting scheduling, agendas, and note-taking, time monitoring and tracking, internal/external stakeholder communication, and creating data and reports.

Goldfarb School of Nursing is located on the Washington University Medical Campus in St. Louis and is affiliated with Barnes-Jewish Hospital, with a second site at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Role Purpose
Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
Responsibilities
Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
