This VISN 9 CRH RN is attached to Louisville; however, due to the virtual nature of the work and the provision of care using technology, the CRH RN may telework or be within reasonable proximity of a VISN 9 facility. The CRH RN will provide professional assessments, coordination, telephone triage and planning of multiple health care services. He/she is responsible for providing direct patient care to Veterans as well as training and support to CRH and Spoke site staff as appropriate.
