In addition to staff nurse duties, this position is responsible for coordinating supply procurement and patient billing for the Operating Room (OR-specialty area). Coordinate with Materials Management and other supply houses to procure and charge supplies, instruments, and specialized products or equipment used in the operations of the OR.

Minimum Education
X Associate?s degree - Required
X Graduate of an Associate's Program in Nursing - Required

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) X CNOR preferred

Licenses
Valid RN licensure in the State of Georgia.

Minimum Work Experience
Five (5) years of experience in the Operating Room as a Registered Nurse (RN)
