JOB SUMMARY: The Hospital Supervisor (Nursing) is accountable for the hospital wide administrative, operational, human resource, and patient safety management on off-shifts and holidays. This supervisor works closely with hospital leadership and serves as the onsite administrative resource on assigned shifts. The Hospital Supervisor provides oversight to ensure that care delivery, quality management, and staff utilization patterns are congruent with HCHD policies, guidelines, and standards.
