Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Telehealth Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AZ state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday: 10am - 8pm, Saturday: 8am - 8pm. 15-20 patients per day, all ages. AHCCCS enrollment strongly preferred.
