Position SummaryPCH is hiring a Dialysis Clinical Nurse for our OUTPATIENT clinic! This position is primarily day shift; the clinic is open from 6 AM - 5 PM; The clinic supports 4 patients at any one time throughout the day. Nurses will provide education, and care for the patients who come multiple times a week for treatment. Call responsibilities required. Up to $10,000 sign on bonus and Relocation assistance available. On call and weekend differential do apply.This position will work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing
