Position SummaryPost Coordinator Position - The incumbent must have the following qualifications: BSN with 3+ years of clinical practice experience in Hematology/Oncology and experience in Bone Marrow Transplant is preferred. This position will work to coordinate appointments, medications and treatment plans for patients Post Bone Marrow Transplant in the outpatient setting.
