Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for Mother Baby - Telehealth at Morristown Medical Center. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:To facilitate and execute virtual home visits with our Discharged PostPartum Moms. Nurse will connect with each patient, assess her physical and emotional well being as well as the newborn. Provide emotional support and supply or refer to other resources that may be needed. RN will also follow up with patients MD if and when necessary. RN will also document the visit in the EMR.Hours will vary Monday through Friday.THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.Qualifications Education:
