The PACT LPN works under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse and serves as the lead for Phlebotomy/ Lab Services and assists with Telehealth Services for the Elmira Clinic. The LPN must be technically proficient in PACT, phlebotomy, telehealth, and ability to use VISTA and CPRS for checking orders and developing the accession list for lab draw as well as performing Telehealth duties. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
