The LPN has demonstrated ability to serve as a responsible member of the clinic staff and interacts with patients, family members, professional and supportive personnel and with members of other Services. Assists or participates in various group clinics such as hypertensive, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, vesting or other shared medical appointments. Records in the medical record nursing care, observations, procedures, vital signs, treatments and updates to the personalized health plans.
