JOB SUMMARYThe Transfer Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) facilitates the transfer of patients to and within the Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) System. The primary purpose of the position is to facilitate physicians/consumers access to BSWH hospitals and physicians through the Transfer Center.
