Position SummaryThis Nurse Coordinator will primarily work at the East Valley/Mercy Gilbert CCBD location. The main duties include coordinating care for the patients seen at this location and range from oncology to hematology to infusions from a variety of other divisions. Other duties include phone triage, education, prescription refills, appointment coordination. This position also supports the infusion/clinic nurses and may need to have direct patient care at times. Hours will be M-F 8am to 5pm and work a 9/80 schedule with one day off per pay period.This position coordinates the patient care services, workflow, and activities provided by nursing and support staff of assigned program.
