Supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Three years RN experience, required* *Experience in Cath Lab or EP required for this role** One year of clinical leadership experience, required* A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), required; Master's Degree preferred* RN License to practice in Colorado or compact-based RN license required* BLS through the American Heart Association* ACLS through the American Heart Association required within six months of hire or transfer into the role* Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role (certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role)* Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer* Credential: Nursing Specific- ANCC ApprovedPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
