The Security Analyst, is tasked with facilitating various system access requests from internal customers. This individual will complete an assessment of the end user request and role to determine the appropriate applications and level of security to permit. This individual will interface with external customers to act as liaison for the internal customers. The Security Analyst will be responsible for timely completion of system access requests, following established protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Receiving, prioritizing, documenting and resolving various system access requests, following established protocols
Trouble shooting and performing support services over the phone, email or other online tools
Completing special projects and provide project support as requested by senior leadership.

1-2 yearsâ�� working experience with a help desk application and processes
