Program Coordinator oversees all transition and coordination of care activities for Post 9/11 Servicemembers and Veterans treated at the facility. This includes their health care, psychosocial difficulties, and needs are complex and require a high degree of clinical oversight and creative problem solving. The incumbent is a master's prepared social worker licensed or certified at the advanced practice level and able to provide supervision for licensure. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
