The primary purpose of the Nursing Assistant (NA) position is to assist licensed nursing staff in the treatment and care of patients/Veterans as a member of the nursing care team in the Primary Care Clinics, Outpatient Nursing Service, at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center. Nursing Assistant assignments typically involve complex nursing needs which can vary within a range of predictable to unpredictable requirements. This is the full performance level of the position.
