Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
Direct care, provides education, and seeks resources at the unit/department level, and delegate appropriate tasks.
Perform the activities of administration, supervision, delegation and evaluation of nursing practice.
Use specialized knowledge and judgement upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences,
Use critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, which includes knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data.

1+ years of acute care experience
1+ years of ED nursing experience
Current WA state RN license obtained before start date
Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification, ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification. Certification in specialty area preferred
Must have BSN or agree to sign an education agreementOur Off Campus EDs operate fluidly together.
