The Registered Nurse / RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse / RN is responsible for directing and guiding patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The Registered Nurse / RN is responsible for acting as a preceptor for new orientees on the nursing unit.
Education Graduate from school of nursing
Current Florida Nursing License
Current BLS Certification
Knowledge of preoperative and postoperative assessment and management of adult and geriatric patients or one year previous medical/surgical experience preferred
