We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for at the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30 bed unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible. Teamwork is essential. This team has recently expanded care to include ENT and Plastics surgical patients.

Requirements:


- BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.
- 6 month minimum medical/surgical RN experience required. Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
- BLS required

Hours:

The schedule will consist of a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts. These are mostly Midnight shifts of 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. or 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., but will include 8 or 12 hour shifts, covering post-op shifts starting at 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. Candidates must be willing to meet 2-3 holidays per year per department requirements.
