Telehealth Clinical Technician (TCT) is a GS-7 LPN that serves in a generalist role to support Telehealth clinical groups from the patient location. The TCT in the GS-7 grade functions under the supervision of an RN and/or MD but must successfully and consistently demonstrate the exercise of independent technical judgement without the need for readily available supervision. The TCT must have a thorough working knowledge of the most complex or difficult practices and procedures.
