Under the supervision, and/or direction of the Nursing Director/Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital.
Position Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities)
High school graduate or equivalent.
Certified Nursing Assistance with Phlebotomy and EKG certification or
Foreign Nurse/Physician with appropriate documentation or
Nursing Student with first semester clinical course completion.
Knowledge of principles of patient hygiene, comfort, safety measures preferred.
Must process one (1) of the two following:
Patient Care Technician Certification (PCT) or Foreign Nurse/Physician with appropriate documentation.
Current BLS/Heart Saver certification
CPI within 30 days of hire
