EOHW RN Call Center
Manage calls from employees experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have had close contact with a person with COVID-19.
Place orders in Epic for the COVID-19 lab test, schedule the lab collection, and schedule video visits as indicated.
Document employees' personal health information and disposition into EOHW secure database.
Communicate concerns with leadership that require follow-up and ensure employees receive necessary care by provider to remain safe.

Education: Work requires graduation form an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing. State of North Carolina license is also required.
Experience: Prefer at least 1 years in Nursing.
Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN, Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date.
